Refund policy

At Mero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with the seal and plastic wrap intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only items that are unused and in the same condition that you received them are eligible for return.

  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for an exchange only. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund and Credit Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
